Louis Francischelli
Vice President
Louis Francischelli serves as a Vice President with Oestreicher Construction Corporation. In this capacity, he oversees Project Managers and Project Supervisors on a variety of construction projects. Mr. Francischelli began working at Oestreicher as a Project Manager in 1988 where he supervised and coordinated all aspects of interior and exterior renovation and capital reconstruction. Some of his most notable projects include a 230,000 square foot interior renovation for American International
Group, a 35-floor mechanical capacity expansion/modernization at A.I.G. headquarters which
included creation of the 70th floor boardroom, and the modernization of the entire cooling system
for 160 Water Street Associates. Mr. Francischelli also serves as Senior Vice President for
Oestreicher Properties, Inc. where he is in charge of building management and operations.
Mr. Francischelli graduated summa cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Technology in 1984 and also holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Queensboro Community College in 1980.
